Original unit + donor unit
Recoverable original data and compatible donor hardware determine the available route. Some cases require virginizing and adaptation rather than a direct clone.

Send the VIN and photos of the original and donor cluster labels. Functions and data-transfer options depend on the exact cluster.
A replacement TCB is fitted but services are not working
A working module and app access are separate checks.
A TCB can communicate without fault codes while app services still require manufacturer-side provisioning. We identify which part of the connection needs attention.

A battery warning does not by itself confirm a failed BMS. The battery condition and relevant vehicle faults need to be checked together.

Can you clone every controller with this family name?
No. Hardware, software, immobilizer generation, donor compatibility and readable original data determine the available operation. Send both labels and the scan report.
What is the difference between cloning and virginizing?
Cloning transfers supported original data to a compatible replacement. Virginizing / renewal prepares a supported used unit for a separate matching or personalization process. Programming or coding configures software and vehicle functions.
What should I send for a quote?
The VIN, fault codes, original and donor labels, symptoms and work already completed. Tell us whether the original control unit still communicates.
