Mercedes FDCT · P051300
“Start enable was not issued.” On affected FDCT units, this can accompany a drive-authorization problem, sometimes following low voltage. We assess the fault and module data, with data repair where applicable, before recommending replacement.
BEFORE WE BOOK
Send the VIN, TCU label, hardware/software numbers and fault report. The transmission family alone does not confirm service compatibility. Electronic work is assessed separately from internal mechanical repairs.
